ALP Astrology Basic Class - Student Review.

My Introduction: 

I am Shakila Durai, working as a Technical Project Manager in an MNC. I reside in Chennai.  

I had always thought about the 9 Planets and Nava Graha in Temples. I had a desire to study about Hinduism and Indian Traditional Arts. I have been browsing a lot on Siddha Medicines, Mudras, Body Chakras and Astrology. 

Three months before, I had ALP Astrology Free Software installed in my mobile for checking horoscopes. I did not know what ALP is then. I do listen to Spiritual speeches rendered by few Hindu Devotional speakers like Sri Dushyant Sridhar. I also follow Sri Rangaraj Pandey on Youtube for news and Politics. 

How did I register in the Basic ALP Astrology Class? 

On 5 February, 2025, I happened to watch a Show named Aanmeega Sangamam aired in Behindwoods O2 YouTube channel where Sri Rangaraj Pandey delivered a speech. Consecutively, I happened to watch the video of speech by ALP Astrologer Guru Sri. Dr. Pothuvudaimoorthy sir. In that video, he has talked about the importance of learning of astrology by women. That was the first me, I heard that someone is ready to teach astrology which is usually a hidden science and according to me, can be acquired only through graduation. I got inspired by his speech, thus on the same day, I contacted ALP astrology office and registered for online classes for the Batch starting from 15 February 2025. Before describing my journey, let me list out the class and software features as below: 

ALP Astrology Basic Class Salient Features: 

64 Extensive Course Topics Videos are shared after registration. The videos are valid for 3 months from the date of registration. This has the basic details of Astrology,    speeches by Guru Sri. Dr.  Pothuvudaimoorthy Sir and all the other Gurus like Srimathi. ShanthiDevi, Sri Sathyanarayanan, Srimathi Uma Venkat, Sri. Santhakumar, etc 

Class duration ranging from 15 days to 40 days. The number of days of course is dependent on the course participants and pace of the course. 

Day and Time: Monday to Saturday from 4.32 am to 6.32 am (mandatory) followed by Q&A session of duration ranging from 60 minutes to 90 minutes(optional). 

Guru Sri. Dr. Pothuvudaimoorthy Sir shares lots of insights almost in all the Q&A sessions. It’s an experimental learning treat. Classes will be conducted by different Gurus. Around 10 Gurus share the content and deliver the classes. Each learner is assigned a dedicated coach to discuss on questions about the daily class topics. Homework will be given and monitored for completion by coach. 

ALP Astrology Basic Software Salient Features: 

(1) ALP Astrology Free Software: 

(a) It has Panchangam and Horoscope Sections available for daily use. 

(2) ALP Astrology Basic Software: 

(a) It has Panchangam, Prasannam and Horoscope Sections available for daily use. 

(b) Horoscope or Jathagam section covers horoscope with not only Kundali, it has Kolsaaram, ALP Dasha, ARP, AB and other features covering Traditional Astrology concepts as well. 

(c) It provides a way to move forward and backward on the dates for analyzing important life events 

(d) It can be used by all types of Traditional Astrologers including Thirukanidha Murai. 

My journey in the ALP Astrology Basic Class: 

(1) Content: 

(a) The course content is structured in a sequential and logical manner.  

(b) Extensive astrological concepts have been thoroughly checked and with a lot of thought process, the content has been created.  

(c) Precise and has specific pointers for all the extensive topics which usually would have taken more months and years to learn. 

(d) In addition to the theory, all concepts were taught practically with horoscopes for better understanding and learning.

(2) What did I like the most? 

(a) ALP Astrology method – Akshaya Lagna Paddhati – Lagnam grows – Body and Mind grows. This gives precise analysis on a horoscope. I have analysed my horoscope and can relate to exact events happened in my life. 

(b) The precise content – What is important to learn. What is not needed for learning ALP Astrology 

(c) The way of content delivery and Teaching – Every concept is explained in multiple ways by different Teachers (Gurus). Every topic is taught by atleast 3 Gurus covering 85% of the whole content. The rest of the topics got registered in the mind through Q&A, Coach discussions and Homework.

(d) Exceptional topics like 5 rules, D9 and Karma in addition to the topics like Kolsaaram, ARP, AB, Graha Peyarchi, ALP Dasha 

(e) Life lessons rendered by Guru.  Sri. Dr. Pothuvudaimoorthy Sir during the Q&A sessions. Life lessons were rendered on life morals and values, how to speak, when to speak, how much to speak, how to behave in different situa ons, etc. 

(f) Discussions with Gurus and Coach on a daily basis. 

(3) About the Teachers and Coach: 

(a) All the Gurus (Teachers and Coach) are exceptionally and extensively knowledgeable on ALP Astrology. 

(b) All the Gurus are Teaching well and are utmost dedicated to this system (ALP). 

(c) My Coach Guru Sri. Sundararajan G has been patient with me throughout the course in answering all my questions. He has spent his precious time in coaching me to gain deeper understanding of all the concepts. 

(4) What changes I made in my life afer joining the course? 

(a) I found that I can wake up early morning during Brahma Muhurtham everyday not only on Deepavali 

(b) I have started reducing my anger. I am slowing down before speaking. I am trying not to hurt my family members 

(c) After Karma class, I am thanking and apologising to my parents (Mother and (late) Father), I am blessing my son, made my husband thank and apologize to his parents and to bless our son, made my son thank and apologize to my husband and me 

(5) What is my experience in horoscopes analysis? 

(a) Analysed deeper on the Horoscopes of few Friends and my husband. 

(b) Have done high level analysis of my horoscope.  

(c) Analysed few friends’ horoscopes for specific questions. 

(d) Analysed few friends horoscopes with past life events. 

(e) I am in search and collection of new horoscopes. I would like to collect my Team members horoscopes for better understanding them which my job being a Technical Project Manager demands. 

(f) All of the analysis have shown me exact happening of day to day life, why something happens, etc. I am able to relate event with daily life and I am euphoric and excited that I can read someone well with their horoscope and behave accordingly. 

(6) ALP Software plays an important role in my journey. It is the key which provides the Horoscope based on a person’s Date of Birth and Time, Place of Birth.  

About Guru Sri. Dr.  Pothuvudaimoorthy Sir: 

A living genius – done Ph.D, yet down to earth, follows all moral values.Have good intent towards the wellness of world. His goal is beyond business. The aim to make everyone learn astrology is providing tool to accept the events and to prevent from unknown harm. None of the fields have this ability to predict future except Astrology.  He has broken the myth that if astrology is taught to people, it will lose its power.   He has unlimited wisdom and knowledge in life and other fields including Astrology. He is a boon to mankind. I feel blessed and fortunate to live in this world during this lifespan and to meet and converse with him. 

I would like to say a big Thank you to Guru Dr. Pothuvudaimoorthy Sir, all the Gurus including Srimathi. Dr. ShanthiDevi, Sri Sathyanarayanan, Srimathi Uma Venkat, Sri Santhakumar, Sri.  Muthu Vijaykumar, Miss. Priya. I would like to thank other Gurus whose names are not mentioned. I would like to thank my Coach Guru Sri. Sundararajan.G for explaining the concepts and monitoring my progress till date. I have put all my heart and soul and have done my level best in attending classes, writing notes, making fair notes, completing homework, practicing different horoscope and watching ALP videos to learn ALP astrology.I am confident that I can learn Astrology and help my friends, family, my residential community people and my office Team members. I am excited and euphoric to enter advance level, if provided an opportunity.
